Aerial Surveys
Apollo Volt is a UK CAA, EU EASA, USA FAA pt 107 registered drone (UAV / UAS) operator conducting high quality topographic surveys, construction progress reporting, thermographic and LiDAR surveys to support design, build, and maintenance programs in photovoltaic installations. Ai (Artificial Intelligence) condition reporting tools ensure sites are optimised and defects are rectified. Our accurate aerial survey services are optimised for renewable projects, with positioning accuracies of under 20mm and radiometric thermography available at sensitivities of just 0.05 °C.
Robotic Setting out
Working with great input data from our aerial survey services enables use of highly accurate and efficient setting out techniques, from the use of automated RTK plant machinery through to robotic spray paint setting out for use with non RTK equipped plant and site machinery. Traditional GNSS setting out is also available should your site need a human!
Automated Maintenance
With solar installations getting bigger, keeping the site optimised efficiently is a critical task to the viability of a site. If your site is located in a dusty location, or southern region where rain can often contain large quantities of saharan sand, keeping panels clean is critical.
